In one embodiment the appearance transitions sequentially from FIG. 1 through FIG. 11. In a second embodiment the appearance transitions sequentially from FIG. 11 through FIG. 1, the reverse of FIGS. 1-11. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of a portion of a display panel, and of text, and of graphic images forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a portion of a display panel with an animated computer icon, substantially as shown and described.
