FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the flexible and adaptable light harness and wiring, which form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a flexible and adaptable light harness and wiring, as shown and described.
