FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being an identical image of FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross sectional view of one of the buttons taken along line 6-6 in FIG. 2 with the internal structure simplified.
