Description

FIG. 1 is a left side perspective view of a rear baby carrier showing our new design. The right side view is the mirror image thereof.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof showing the rear baby carrier in use; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof showing the rear baby carrier in use.

The straight broken line in the interior of the rear baby carrier in FIG. 1 represents stitching which is part of the claimed design.

The structural features depicted by broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4 have been shown for the purpose of illustrating portions of the rear baby carrier that form no part of the claimed design.

The adult in FIGS. 3 and 4 and the child in FIG. 4, depicted by broken lines, represent environment that forms no part of the claimed design.

It is understood that the portions of the rear baby carrier not shown in the drawing or described in the specification form no part of the claimed design. In re Zahn, 617 F.2d 261, 204 USPQ 988 (CCPA 1980). Therefore, the determination of patentability is based on the design for the article shown and described.

Claims

The ornamental design for a rear baby carrier, as shown and described.
