Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the jacket showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing one side thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the other side thereof.

The half breasted jacket shown in the Figures refers to a jacket with small overlapping front flaps and two columns of buttons. By contrast a double-breasted refers to a coat or jacket with wide, overlapping front flaps and two parallel columns of buttons whereas a single-breasted coat has a narrow overlap and only one column of buttons.

Referring now, to the Figures the distinguishing aesthetic characteristics are the following:

the front laps have an overlapped part less than the known half breasted jacket;

each column includes three buttons; the first and the second button, starting from the bottom of the jacket, are suitable for fastening the jacket by means of the respective slots, whereas the third button of each column is only an aesthetic button; and the distance between the first and the second button of the respective two columns and the respective jacket edge is less than the distance between the third button of the two columns and the respective jacket edge; and

the vertical spacing between the first and second buttons is less than the vertical spacing between the second and third buttons of each column.

These aesthetic characteristics give the impression, when the jacket is worn, to extend the image of the person wearing the jacket and to lean his figure.
