The broken lines showing portions of the design in all figures are included for the purpose of illustrating environment and unclaimed features and form no part of the claimed design. The stippling in FIGS. 22 and 23 shows a contrast in color with no particular color being claimed thereby. The one permutation of layout of the various bases and covers having distinct colors in FIGS. 22 and 23 are non-limiting combinations and all other permutations of layout are within the scope of the claim set forth herein.
