FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof, the top view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a wall plate according to a second embodiment of the new design;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof, the top view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front view of a wall plate according to a third embodiment of the new design;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof, the top view being the mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being the mirror image thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

In the first embodiment, the broken away symbols in the drawings illustrated along the center of the article indicate that any portion of the article beyond what is shown forms no part of the claimed design.

The rear of the design is flat and unornamented, so the rear view has been omitted.

The claimed pattern depicted in the front views of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 is two-dimensional.
