The top extension is used to massage portions of the abdomen and to reach the psoas and iliac muscles that are deep within the body structure. Gravity and body weight can be used to engage the device. In use, the user can rest the abdomen gently on the top extension of the tool and make slight rocking motions with the round base. The base can also be held with the hands. The user can rest the lipped surface on the lower abdomen and use similar rocking motions to massage the psoas and iliac muscles.
