The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2, 6, and 10; FIGS. 1, 3, 7, and 10; FIGS. 1, 4, 8, and 10; and FIGS. 1, 5, and 9-10. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display panel or portion thereof with animated computer icon, substantially as shown and described.
