FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of an display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines showing a display screen or portion thereof is included for the purpose of illustrating the article and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines within the display screen represent graphical elements and form no part of the claimed design.

Additional embodiments of my design include claimed subject matter consisting of any combination of the claimed subject matter and environmental subject matter shown any of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 through 3.
