The broken lines shown in the drawings represent a portion of a display screen with icon that form no part of the claimed design.
We have invented a new design for a portion of a display screen with icon, as would appear on a computing tablet, smart phone, computer display, laptop, user interface on an imaging device, or the like, as set forth in the following specification.

The ornamental design for a portion of a display screen with icon, as shown and described.
