Description

FIG. 1 is a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 2 is a second embodiment thereof.

The outermost dot-dash broken line illustrates the display screen or portion thereof, and is a boundary line. The remaining broken line showing of text, numbers, rectangles and icons illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of these broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The evenly spaced diagonal solid and broken line hatching lines illustrate areas of contrasting appearance.
