Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of a display screen or portion thereof with changeable graphical user interface, showing a first embodiment of the design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image of the first embodiment;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a first image of a display screen or portion thereof with changeable graphical user interface, showing a second embodiment of the design; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second image of the second embodiment.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate the display screen. The dot-dash broken lines in the drawings illustrate a boundary of the claimed design. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design. Additionally, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2 and FIGS. 3-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for display screen or portion thereof with changeable graphical user interface, as shown and described.
