In the first embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 3. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 4 through 6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of the display screen in FIGS. 1 through 6 forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the remainder of the graphical user interface in FIGS. 1 through 6 represents environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen portion with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
