FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front side perspective view of embodiment two, of a combined loudspeaker and speakerphone, showing our new design.

The side, top plan, and front views of a second embodiment are identical to the first embodiment with the top three buttons disclaimed.
