Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing an image in a sequence of images according to our design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing another image thereof in the sequence.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The dashed lines in the drawings depict environment (i.e., display screen or portion of display screen) and/or disclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
