Description

FIG. 1 is a first image of a first embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second image of the first embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 3 is a first image of a second embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 4 is a second image of the second embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 5 is a first image of a third embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 6 is a second image of the third embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 7 is a first image of a fourth embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 8 is a second image of the fourth embodiment of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate the display screen or portions thereof and elements of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between FIGS. 1 and 2 in embodiment 1, FIGS. 3 and 4 in embodiment 2, FIGS. 5 and 6 in embodiment 3, and FIGS. 7 and 8 in embodiment 4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
