FIG. 5 is a left side elevation thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a wheelbarrow wheelbase, embodying my new design;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view thereof;

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the wheelbarrow wheelbase and form no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of a wheel barrow in FIGS. 1 and 8 is included to illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design.
