Description

FIG. 1 is a face view of a portion of a display having a graphical user interface with a transitional icon, showing our new design and illustrating to a first image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions among the images shown in FIGS. 1-8, among the images shown in FIGS. 9-16, from FIGS. 17 to 19 to 21 to 23 to 25 to 27 to 29 to 31, and from FIGS. 18 to 20 to 22 to 24 to 26 to 28 to 30 to 32. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of the display and the remainder of the graphical user interface is for the purpose of illustrating environment, and the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a portion of a display having a graphical user interface with a transitional icon, as shown and described.
