FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a universal hitch mount bracket showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a first side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a second side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the universal hitch mount bracket in an open position; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the universal hitch mount bracket with a bottom portion separate from a top portion thereof.

The broken lines depict portions of the universal hitch mount bracket in which the design is embodied that are not considered part of the claimed design.
