Description

FIG. 1 illustrates an embodiment of a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing a first image in the sequence showing our new design.

FIG. 2 illustrates a second image in the sequence of the embodiment.

FIG. 3 illustrates a third image in the sequence of the embodiment.

FIG. 4 illustrates a fourth image in the sequence of the embodiment.

FIG. 5 illustrates a fifth image in the sequence of the embodiment.

FIG. 6 illustrates a sixth image in the sequence of the embodiment; and,

FIG. 7 illustrates a seventh image in the sequence of the embodiment.

The broken line showing of the display screen or portion thereof, graphic elements and text form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated images in the embodiment sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-7. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
