Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface for a video communication device, showing a first embodiment thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth embodiment thereof.

The outer broken line rectangle showing the device and the inner broken line rectangle showing the display screen are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface for a video communication device, as substantially as shown and described.
