FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a front panel for an optical circuit card showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of a portion thereof, on an enlarged scale.

The broken line showing of unclaimed portions of the front panel for an optical circuit card is for the purposes of illustrating environment structure and forms no part of the claimed design. The break lines showing in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 represents indeterminate length, and portions of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
