FIG. 5 is a side elevational view taken from the left side of FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view taken from the right side of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings depict unclaimed environmental subject matter.
