Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a cutting tool.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the cutting tool; and,

FIG. 3 is a side perspective view of the cutting tool.

The design disclosed herein is intended to be used as a cutting tool, and the cutting may be performed under water.
