FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The device for a tool holder is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the device for a tool holder between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
