The claim is directed to the appearance of the combined flag pole, flag and cover in combination as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The flag pole, flag and cover have been shown separately in FIGS. 3-7 and 8-11 to show aspects of the design that may not be apparent in the other views.

The broken away symbols in the drawings indicate the appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
