Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a portion of a display screen with a graphical user interface showing a first embodiment of our invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of a portion of a display screen with a graphical user interface showing a second embodiment of our invention.

The longer-incremented broken lines showing of a portion of a display screen of a communications terminal illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design. The outer medium length broken lines show the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The finer-incremented broken line showing of the icons at the bottom right portion of each figure is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the graphical user interface and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a portion of a display screen with a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
