The present application is a continuation, and claims the priority benefit of, U.S. patent application Ser. No. 14/152,077 filed Jan. 10, 2014, the contents of which are hereby incorporated in their entirety into the present disclosure.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cord tensioning and securing device in accordance with the present invention;
