Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The outermost broken line showing the display screen and all other broken lines showing portions of the graphical user interface are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
