FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the combination plant holder and amplifier incorporating our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view with the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left end view with the right end view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view.
