FIG. 5 is a side view of the invention of FIG. 1, as seen from the right side of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the invention of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of the invention of FIG. 1.

The stipple pattern on the claimed design represents foam pads.
