Climbing glasses which comprise a rectangular plate having end portions protruding from the plate's front edge onto which a respective triangular prism is provided; the protruding portions have terminal walls perpendicular to the plate with an inclined upper edge corresponding to the prism slope; a wall is provided comprising a lower portion perpendicular to the plate central portion and an upper portion wider than the lower portion linked through an intermediate inclined portion; a strip which passes through the upper portion is disclaimed.
