This application is related to U.S. application Ser. No. 29/601,480 titled Combination leash and ID Tag filed Apr. 22, 2017 and to U.S. application Ser. No. 29/598,877 titled Carabiner filed Mar. 29, 2017.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination leash handle and ID tag, showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a back view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being a mirror image thereof.
