Description

FIG. 1 is a face view of a display screen portion having a graphical user interface with a transitional icon, showing my new design, according to a first embodiment and illustrating a first image thereof.

FIG. 2 is a face view of a display screen portion having the graphical user interface with the transitional icon, according to the first embodiment and illustrating a second image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional icon sequentially transitions among the images shown in FIGS. 1-24, or among the images shown in FIGS. 25-48. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Subject matter shown in broken lines is environmental and forms no part of the claimed design. However, Applicant reserves the right to claim any combination or subset of subject matter, whether shown in broken lines or solid lines, in this application or in one or more divisional applications thereof.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen portion having a graphical user interface with a transitional icon, as shown and described.
