FIG. 4 is the first image in a sequence of a display screen with an animated graphical user interface according to a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 5 is the second image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is the third image thereof.

The appearance of the display screen with an animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 in the first embodiment, and FIGS. 4-6 in the second embodiment. The outermost broken-line perimeter illustrates a display screen and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of a graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.
