Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of my new design for a securable cover preventing utilization of a water closet, installed thereon, and further exhibiting securable straps.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of my new design, further illustrating an ornamental motif and one of the two securable straps.

FIG. 3 is a side view of my new design for a securable cover preventing utilization of a water closet, installed thereon, exhibiting one of the two securable straps, the mirror image being identical; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear view my new design for a securable cover preventing utilization of a water closet, installed thereon, exhibiting both of the securable straps.

The broken lines showing of a water closet are included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
