The broken line showing of the various unshaded elements of the flat panel loudspeaker represents unclaimed subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design. The two elongated, laterally spaced, generally rectangular regions inside of the solid line features on the rear of the design form no part of the claimed design. The unshaded interior regions of the oval shaped features on the rear of the design also form no part of the claimed design.
