Description

FIG. 1 is a side view of a screw head adapter according to the first embodiment of the claimed design coupled to a screw shown as environmental structure;

The screw head adapter of FIGS. 10-18 is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a screw head adapter, as shown and described.
