The evenly-spaced broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the shears having a light that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot-dash-type broken lines in the drawings illustrate the bounds of the claimed design but form no part thereof.
Claims
I claim the ornamental design for a shears having a light, as shown and described.
