Description

The outermost set of broken lines illustrate an electronic device, the broken line at the periphery of the figures illustrate the display screen, and the remainder of the broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface having a transitional icon. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the first embodiment of the graphical user interface with the transitional icon sequentially transitions among the images shown in FIGS. 1-12. The appearance of the second embodiment of the graphical user interface with the transitional icon sequentially transitions among the images shown in FIGS. 13-24. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface having a transitional icon, as shown and described.
