FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of the outer cover for feminine hygiene products of FIG. 2 shown in a position of use attached to a sanitary napkin drawn in broken lines; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the outer cover for feminine hygiene products of FIG. 2 shown in a second position of use attached to an incontinence pad drawn in broken lines.

The broken line perimeter surrounding the outer cover for feminine hygiene products depicts environmental subject matter that forms no part of the claimed design and also defines the boundary to the claim. The broken lines illustrating a sanitary napkin in FIG. 3 and an incontinence pad in FIG. 4 depict environmental subject matter that forms no part of the claimed design.
