FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof.

The evenly-spaced broken lines illustrate portions of the pet leash handle that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot-dash lines indicate boundaries of the claim. The broken line showing of a locking clasp depicts environment and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showings of the words, numbers, and animals leash logo illustrate ornamental features of the pet leash handle that form no part of the claimed design.
