The idea of the invention is: instead of making the flange on the upper part of can, make the flange on the lower part. Upon removal of the flange, the upper portion will become smooth to touch with lips (while drinking). The shape of the upper portion is made in such a way that the groove is no longer existent around the top. The flange located on the lower portion will be covered with a rubber or rubber like material.

The broken line showing of portions of the beverage can is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
