Description
The FIGURE is a perspective view of the thermally conductive grill plate (the elongated rear side being identical to the elongated front side shown in the FIGURE, the left side being identical to the right side shown in the FIGURE, and the underside forming no part of the design of the thermally conductive grill plate).

I claim the ornamental design for a thermally conductive grill plate, as shown and described.
