FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wheel cap showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The left side elevational view is a mirror image of the right side elevational view, and the bottom plan view is a mirror image of the top plan view.

The broken lines show portions of the wheel cap which form no part of the claimed design.
