FIG. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a view showing the bracket, hung on a vehicle while holding a hole cutter.

The broken lines in FIG. 8 depicting a vehicle and hole cutter are included for the purpose of illustrating the environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
