Figure 1.4 is a front view thereof;

Figure 1.5 is a back view thereof;

Figure 1.6 is a top view thereof; and,

Figure 1.7 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines shown in Figures 1.1-1.7 illustrate portions of the hearing aid for the deaf which form no part of the claimed design.
