FIG. 1 is a top elevational view of the flexible strap of a multipurpose strap device consisting of a flexible strap and a flexible anchoring clip, in accordance with an embodiment of the present design, the rear elevational view being identical;

The broken lines represent holes and form no part of the claimed design. The jagged lines in FIGS. 8 and 9 represent the line upon which the break was made. The break lines on FIGS. 1-3 represent a symbolic break and nothing between the break lines forms any part of the claim.
