Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination headrest and lumbar support showing my new design as utilized in the lumbar position of a chair;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof as utilized in the headrest position of a chair;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 depicting a chair represent environmental subject matter that forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines represent portions of the combination headrest and lumbar support that form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a combination headrest and lumbar support, as shown and described.
